« Pros: Clean, convenient location. Cons: small. Very Uncomfortable mattress on bunk bed. No hot water on first night (easy fix, breaker had been thrown) no blinds- lots of light coming through windows »

« I tried to cancel with them on May 20 and they would not. They said I didn’t have a reservation and so they didn’t cancel and then they charged me for it on June 15 I negotiated it down and they should’ve gave me a full refund because they said I didn’t have a reservation »

« This hotel is one of the nicer places to stay in Mountain Home. It's not the Ritz - but it is CLEAN (don't let the main lobby area sway you - the rooms were spotless!), and the staff was constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND on asking if you need anything, asking if they can assist in anyway. I usually HATE hotel room carpets - but our room was nearly SPOTLESS. It was a hot day and our room AC was SUPER COLD! We didn't stay long, but the morning, freshly ground and brewed coffee was actually really good....

« Great hosts! So friendly and exactly what we needed while we moved to town. It was cute, warm on the cold night and our pets loved the yard! Thank you! We will keep you in mind for family coming up to visit. The cutest little place ever. »
