„Hatten bei Ankunft leider eine Toilette auf dem Zimmer, die nicht funktionierte ( alte englische Pracht 😊). Zimmer wurde sofort umgebucht. Kleiner Umzug war nötig. Kein Problem!“

All was going well and the receptionist said that we were lucky as our room was air conditioned, while others were not. „Very expensive for the type of hotel! We were disappointed no breakfast included in the price The toilet seat was peeling The taps had lost their labels ..disgusting ! In the night I walked by my bed to the the “step into the loo “ and nearly broke my toe scraped my my back on a badly placed wooden and brass door stop We will never visit this hotel again and would like a refund“

„Very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. Too expensive for what you get. Breakfast Buffett is very poor. “

„Location was a plus since you don’t have to deal with congested traffic in the city. Free parking an obvious plus. Food was decent. Staff and service very good. The only real negative was one of hygiene. It was noticeable that when customers used the toilet facilities and failed to wash their hands, they would return to the restaurant and handle the utensils stacked in the containers on the table. In future, I would take wipes and clean before using.“
