„Chalets? You wish. Shacks, if anything. Apparently no updates since the 1950s, the place is a run-down, worn-off dump. Thin walls and drafty windows offer no insulation against the cold or the noise from the highway. Both mattresses and linen are decades old and impossible to find sleep in. The kitchen cabinet is falling apart and the cutlery is so disgusting I wouldn’t put it anywhere near my mouth. Oh and did I mention the mold in the shower? I’d rather spend the night in my car than 450 CAD ...

„Spectacular location, great casual service, but room was dated and though very big, very dark. Beedroom was without window, just the living room had a window. Nordic spa was expensive and on the disappointing side for Northern Europeans who have a long culture of spa’s. In particular, not enough relaxing space, no outdoor showers, so people come out of sweat rooms and use pool without showering. Also in the steam rooms no chance to wash down the used searing areas. Saunas often used by guests ...

„The glamping tent was so warm and cozy! Great service at the front desk and an amazing location. Super easy to find and great value for what you got!“

„Absolutely amazing! Cozy, comfortable, clean, everything. This place really deserves 5 stars, although it was for our budget on the upper end, but absolutely worth it! I only wish the check-out would be at 11 or 12 instead of 10. On such a beautiful place, I d like to sleep in and enjoy a slow morning.“

„Sehr schönes Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung, “

„Sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, Essensangebot nicht so toll“

„The address was not where the tents located. Very hard to find it. The host never replying messages immediately… It is not worth it for the price…“

„A lovely place for a peaceful getaway from the city. The glamping tent was cozy and had a large, very comfortable bed. My favorite feature was the transparent ceiling, which you can watch the stars from bed at night. The views around the property were good, and although the surroundings are still quite simple, the place has a lot of potential. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature .“

„We had a wonderful stay. Everything is new and clean. Great communication. Definitely recommend. We plan to return to this property. Thank you“

„Everything was very clean. The unit was well equipped and comfortable! A great deal and near Banff.“

„Saubere Suite, passend für 4 Personen.“

„The service was good overall, but the communication could have been better. Since we were always leaving early and coming back late, email or messages were the only ways for us to communicate. I sent a few messages requesting some things, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response or the requested items. This is something that could definitely be improved.“

„Al provided clear instructions and was quick to respond. The studio was well maintained and provided a peaceful environment in the Canadian Rockies!A big thank you to Al for being our home away from home and helping us make our first trip to Canada memorable.“

„Good quiet unit near the Banff park boundary. Parking is pretty good but you do have to haul luggage a fair distance and up stairs. Pet friendly at a cost. AC works good and is available in bedrooms and main living area. The unit looked clean on the surface but floors in the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were not good at all. It looked like no one has done a good cleaning in a long time. Hair and dirt accumulated in corners, a wad of gum under a bed. Towels were stained. Pillows in the ...

„Great stay! Clean and had everything we needed. Also, our host“

„We booked this place after enduring a miserable cold rainy night of tent camping. We asked if we could check in before 4 pm multiple times and received automated messages, not a response to our request. The shack wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4 so we had to wait. Upon entering we were overwhelmed by the smell of mold and mildew, bad enough to trigger a severe allergic reaction that aggravated my autoimmune disease. Floors were not clean, tile was cracked but the worst part was when taking a ...
