« Beautiful stay here! The open layout was perfect for us. The dog was so happy here too. Large yard and all the things we needed. Kristy was so accommodating, as our needs changed several times. Thank you Kristy for adjusting to our crazy last minute schedule changes. The neighbors are all friendly as well :). We look forward to coming back for a getaway in the future. »

« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« Horrible customer service. Housekeeping low rate for an expensive property. Engineering left a mess in our room and left the door unlocked. And with all this overplay from the General Manager and no phone call from the 2nd in command. This hotel has no appreciation or connection to pleasing guests. »
