The location is ideal: it's a 5 minute walk to a park and the edge of the lake and a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area. "Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true."
