« First class hotel. Stylish comfortable rooms. Outstanding bathrooms. Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stay couldn’t have been better. Tavern in the Sky was great. Spent three nights up there before turning in. The patio was a great place to unwind with a drink. Great cheese curds. »

« Large room but very small bathroom. They could enlarge it. Shower much too low. Would be good for 5 foot people. Lighting insufficient at entrance of the room. Quiet location (no football game) and walls seems soundproof because I slept well. Room is smelling terribly bad. Although smoking in the room is forbidden by law since 2010, the smoke smell is still there. Renovation (not only paint) is needed to solve that problem. »

« The entire place has a cloying smell that lingers on your clothes and personal things, it makes it very hard to breathe when you have asthma. The heater/air conditioner was really loud and pretty much woke you up every time it kicked on, needless to say you didn't get a whole lot of sleep because every hour to hour and a half you were woken up by the noise. « Pros: Clean, spacious room Strong, hot shower Cons: There was no one dedicated to manning the breakfast area. So the front desk staff member had to refill items when she had time, which wasn't often. So at 8 am, they were out of milk, French toast sticks, waffle batter, and tater tots. Not ideal! Also, the streaming apps on the TV didn't work at all. All of them gave an error message. I called the front desk and was told management had decided to shut them off for security reasons.
