„Our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. The positives: beautiful location, nice pool area, excellent natural surroundings and beach. Language barrier: Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We do not expect every staff member in Brazil to speak English, but at least the front desk. Need of renovation: e.g., broken windows, shower fixture was completely rusted. Similar signs of wear and lack of maintenance were noticeable in ...

„Tolles grosses Ressort mit verschiedenen Bereichen (lauter Familienpool, ruhiger Poolbereich). Strandzugang nur beim lauten Poolbereich gut ausgebaut. Zimmer grosszügig, etwas muffig. Licht auf Balkon lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Essensangebot okay. Unterhaltungsprogramm toll.“

A comida é sofrível!

„everything was nice and good“

„Great Location and Comfortable Beds, but in Need of Renovation The hotel is clearly showing its age and is in serious need of a complete renovation. Although some efforts have been made to freshen it up with new furniture and decorations, these cosmetic improvements cannot hide its overall outdated condition. The hotel is reasonably clean, and the beds are large and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is generous and offers a wide variety of options. The location, however, is fantastic! ...

„Alles Gute gewesen “

„The hotel staff's service, the room cleaning, and the breakfast were very good. However, the noise in the room (with a sea view) was excessive due to the live music from Vila Caramuru.“
