« Spacious rooms, very nice staff. All in all very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Popped open my room window to the woods and enjoyed a cool evening. Decent restaurant next door, caterers to our family reunion in n the lodge hall that day, darned good grits. Got my nickle’s worth! »

« Very friendly staff that got me a ground level room. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The linens were good quality. But the whole property is in need of a makeover. Chipping paint, outdated & worn plumbing fixtures and a door that barely closed enough to use a tiny deadbolt. Glad I was in a low crime area! »

« We had the most amazing time at Chuck and Sherry's. Our family will cherish their memories on the lake (the pontoon was an absolute blast), on the dock catching fish after fish, and watching the sun set over the beautiful lakefront view. They were amazing hosts - available whenever needed but leaving us to enjoy our stay as well. Getting to see some awesome horses was just icing on the cake. We're already booked up for a return next summer and can't wait. »

« We had an amazing long weekend! Our dog had the time of her life running around and stalking fish from the dock. You can't beat the privacy and the lakefront access. The cabin was well stocked with all necessities-- including beach towels! The grill was awesome and we loved fishing off the dock! »

« This place was great. Smaller than the pictures show but still plenty of room for 6 adults. House was very clean. Game room was fun for all. Had great communication with the host and he was very helpful. Had plenty if room for parking. »

« He had a nice stay. The place was beautiful. Right on the lake. Perfect swimming area in front (didnt hardly swim due to cooler/rainy weather). Did have an abundance amount of firewood as thats what we mainly did again due to weather. They had a trampoline, zipline (which were major hits for the kids (15yrs, 12 yrs, 10yrs and 8). Paddle boat, canoe, yard game ect. Already looked to rebook again (but unfortunately its sold out). Will most definitely be staying again though. Communication with...

« This was our first family trip with our grandson. We had such a fun time playing on the lake and just being outdoor. My boys and DIL used the canoe and kayak all weekend long and had a great time fishing. We were able to have a bonfire even with a little rain this weekend. Valentina was so helpful and prompt with all my questions and even allow a late checkout for us! We will definitely come back! »
