« We celebrated my parents' 80th birthdays with a family reunion - 8 adults and 2 children 1 dog. The house was ENORMOUS and easily accommodated our party with nice private areas for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped with the best pans I've seen in a VRBO. The whole house has filtered water, so even the ice was delicious. Two ice cube makers really came in handy! AC in the upstairs bedrooms was greatly appreciated. The main floor was very warm (temps in mid-upper 80s) but nice...

« Spent the weekend here for a family function. The apartment was well appointed with what we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We would stay again on the next trip to Emporium. »

« Barr Top Lodge was the perfect place for our family of 7 to stay. The amenities were exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The kids sure did enjoy the pool table. I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness, but i know that can be difficult being in the woods. »

« This property couldn't get much better in terms of value, location, amenities, and kid friendliness.The creek is grogeous, the neighbors are wonderful, and the drive to Sinnemahoning Park is short and scenic. Not to mention you're less than a 10 minute drive from two very nice places to grab lunch or dinner. We'll be back! »

« This place is very relaxing, cozy and clean. Spent some time fishing and sitting on the porch playing cards and watching the dove that has a nest on the porch was hoping the baby dove would start flying before we left but didn't happen. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. »

« We spent a long weekend venturing around the area and staying at this lovely property! I was surprised when pulling up that neighboring houses were not too far away but there was not much going on around us or noise to be heard. The property was large, the water close by (but not dangerously so,) and the space was gorgeous and relaxing. It was a perfect place for our family with young kiddos (ages 6-8) Exactly as described and as the pictures show! »
