„The residence was in a very poor state of condition, and the general cleanliness was not great. The pool are was absolutely atrocious. There was empty cooking pots, mops and buckets - old buckets of paint, shovels, and much more laying around. I have taken photos. „The whole suite is quite spacious with a spectacular view out the back. The living room is large but not a lot of seating, especially if your group/family is larger than 3-4. „This property is great value for money. We were visiting Sydney for 1 week for leisure and work and it met our needs very well. The property was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and there are fans and heaters provided in every room. I appreciate the small details like having plenty of coat hangers and laundry powder provided. Being an older building it had a few quirks. It’s a bit strange walking thru the shower to get to the toilet - I’d recommend they reconfigure the shower ...

"Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen, der Ausblick auf Darling Harbour war wie erwartet in der Dämmerung sehr beeindruckend. Das Hotel hat uns umsonst einen frühen Check-in gewährt, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr lebendig, es ist eine große Party-Meile. Dennoch war das Zimmer (15. OG) ruhig, wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend organisiert und vielfältig. Die Produkte waren hochwertig und frisch. Das Lobby fanden wir etwas klein und hektisch. Wir hatten uns etwas geärgert wegen der Reinigung, da wir ausdrücklich 2 einzelne Bettdecken wollten, das mehrmals mitgeteilt haben und fast immer eine riesige schwere Doppeldecke bekommen. "
