« It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back. »

« Was here for a wedding, the hotel placed me and my partner in a totally different building. Which was very dirty and the washroom smells terribly. When we asked the reception they said they are not allowed to checked us in into the building that we reserved because it was booked exclusively for someone’s 82nd birthday. Keep in mind we did not book this hotel last minute, we booked this almost a year ago for the wedding. »

« When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM. »
