« The property grounds and staff there made the experience amazing and memorable. I only have an issue with a couple small things. My toilet broke on the first flush. Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, and the in room bar snacks were old. It would be nice if the owner invested more into these small details. For the rate per night, it must compete well with other luxury hotels. Overall, great...

(45 minutes de San Ignacio) Les options de marches en nature sont nombreuses et très bien balisées avec en prime des baignades dans des sites enchanteurs. La nourriture est typique et excellentes. Toutefois, certains prix sont un peu élevés. Le personnel est avenant et attentionné aux moindres détails. Un séjour que nous recommandons à proximités de plusieurs attraits (Caracol et Big Rock Falls notamment). »

« The hotel was pretty modern and new. The double suite was very large and beautiful. It was a pretty quiet, family business and the staff was so nice and accommodating. It felt like staying with family. The food was delicious as well. The area is pretty isolated, but a short cab ride can take you to town for groceries and restaurants. Super refreshing and pretty pool, and the beds were SO comfortable. »
