« Quiet, secluded and spacious. Comfortable beds. The proximity to, privacy and the amount of beach front can't be beat. One word of advice -- get a bigger set of wheels. You'll still make it in a sedan, but you would feel much better driving the stretch of the road between the house and the main road in an SUV. »

« The location is absolutely outstanding, literally feet in the water, on a beautiful lagoon style beach. Great house, perfectly equipped, the owner Barbara is very reliable and has some good advices to visit the island. « Wonderful home. The breeze through over the pool was wonderful. The no-see-ums were irritating but the breezeway kept them mostly away. We had 12 adults, and the bedrooms are set up nicely as individual master suites. The lagoon has very good snorkeling. Clouds of minnows, some coral fish, barracuda, turtle and 2 small sharks were seen. Snorkel under the overhangs at low tide and at high tide check out the mangroves. « Stayed at the Sungate property with another family of 4. This was our first visit to Eleuthera and the other family we traveled with visits annually. Our host, Marco, was very responsive before the trip when we reached out with questions and was also very responsive and helpful during our trip.
