« Ingen safe på rommet. Selv om det stod i beskrivelse på alle rom. Flere andre mangler og utrolig dårlig service. Serverte mat med kjøtt til tross for at vi begge er pescetarianere og understreker no meat. Forferdelig dårlig frokost. Overmoden eller ikke moden frukt og forferdelig juice og alt annet også. Frokost var inklusive men vi droppet frokosten etter et forsøk. Nærmest uspiselig. Vedlikehold og rengjøring utvendig manglet totalt. Svært dårlige engelskkunnskaper hos alle ansatte »

« Although we enjoyed our stay here the overall impression of the hotel is that it really needs updating. The rooms were tired, with many issues such as dated curtains that were either open or closed. As we had a ground floor beach front villa this gave little/no privacy if the curtains were open. Net type curtains in the main bedroom at least would have improved this. The air-conditioning, although worked well, broke down whilst we were staying and leaked lots of water onto the bedroom...

« Beautiful location right on the silky sands of Chao Lao Beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices. The area is a bit out of the way if you don't have your own car but it's worth. You can take buses to and from Chanthaburi and taxi from there. You can borrow bicycles for free at the hotel. All of the staff seem to be very nice and helpful but of course not all can speak English. Special shout out to the manager Wiboon, who made everything perfect. »
