« It's a quiet and lovely place located right next to the ocean. There are bunch of nice little beaches and fishing spots nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry facility is good. Overall we had a nice stay. »

There was no cutting board/colander/working can opener/paring knife/burnt out bulb in range hood.There were no hooks in bathroom/nothing in shower area to hold soap, shampoo, etc. and there was mould on the bottom of the shower curtain.We had to do laundry at a laundromat, as the washing machine only ran scalding hot water into it (there was no cold water line running in to the machine).There was no binder with household information re wifi/tv/garbage,...

« Great location on the grounds of Oak Island Resort made day tripping very easy. Condo was lovely, right on the ocean, however the couch in the living room is incredibly hard to get out of. Small high table in one corner to sit & eat at - very uncomfortable. A lot of stairs everywhere, not handicapped friendly. Parking right outside condo, easy to access with contactless entry & good communication with host! Overall lovely spot! »

« This place is a hidden gem. It has character, it is nicely decorated reflecting the local charm. It feels cozy and relaxing. It has fresh linen, plenty of bath towels, has a very well equipped kitchen, all appliances and the entire cottage were spotless clean. It is pet friendly which was first our main criteria for selecting it. The soundings are nice, the river is a plus and you are only 15-20 min drive distance from few nice beaches. Chester is quiet you are not on the beaten path of Peggy's...

« Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Our stay was for 11 nights, we did cooking at the house, the kitchen could use some better cookware, ie: fry pan, potato masher. Easy to find and quiet. Overall great stay. »

« Très belle propriété, idéale pour deux familles. Tout le monde y trouve son espace. La maison est bien située, entre Lunenburg, Peggy’s Cove et Halifax. Également à environ 1h des vignobles de la Vallée d’Annapolis. Il n’y pas tellement de plage de galets à l’avant de la propriété permettant de profiter de l’eau, bien qu’une merveilleuse plage se trouve à Bayswater, à quelques minutes seulement en voitures.
