« Would stay at this hotel again. It was nice and great areas for the kids and adults to enjoy. The rooms were clean but very dark. We were only there for 2 nights but when house keeping came in they did not make our beds or empty the garbages just replaced towels and toilet paper, thought that was odd. Also the front desk staff is not overly pleasant or personable. But the hotel was great for what we needed. »

« I wish I could give this property and staff more than five stars! We were staying her to celebrate my father's 80th birthday and had brought him 80 (!!!) gifts to open. Staff ensured our check-in to the suite was fast and everything was so clean and just perfect for our stay. The Hamburg area of Lexington is just so amazing with all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment options you could ask for. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this location! »

« The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by. »

« There was a flashing green light that blinked all night long on the smoke detector. I have epilepsy and it almost made me have a seizure. I got no sleep and would have asked to change rooms if it wasn’t so late at night. Hotel should refund my money as it’s crazy to pay when the hotel makes it prohibitive albeit I’m possible to sleep and is a photosensitivity health issue. »

« All three front desk employees were beyond helpful with our stay. Making every accommodation request feel effortlessly resolved. The staff alone made the stay very enjoyable. Rooms were clean and spacious and the microwave and mini fridge was just what we needed for our stay. »
