« There is no staff and when we arrived we could not get the door open to the lobby. There was a phone number to call and it went to voicemail. I contacted Expedia and tried to cancel the reservation after seeing the property and I was denied. They advertised an elevator, but they do not have one in the building. We eventually got into the lobby (after they said to kick the door a few times) to view the recorded message about how to get in the room! We had a code to use on the door and we had...

Would suggest some attention to outdoor landscape and cleanliness of house and dock. The lift was unable to accommodate our boat. The hull pads need adjustment. Thank you »

« I wouldn’t stay again. Needs renovation. Very expensive for the condition of the hotel. Paid $230/night. Should have stayed at the casino hotel for $50 bucks more. Do not recommend. »
