„First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place.“

„The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean.“

„Booked this for six nights but only stayed for one night due to finding bugs in every room. Spiders in the corners of both bedrooms, in the bathroom, and inside the foldout sofa bed. Ants in one of the beds, and an active ant trap by the front door. When we found a roach in the kitchen we decided to leave. We asked the property manager for a partial refund but were denied.Would not recommend.“

Front row seats to beautiful sunrises and sunsets while surrounded in a symphony of birds chirping, frogs croaking and the gentle flow of a creak right outside the front door. If you're looking for a place to get away from the city, do some fishing and enjoy time with loved ones, this is the place to be.“
