« I was passing through town and just needed to sleep somewhere. This is by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was stained, the sheets were dirty, the box spring was also dirty with mystery stains, the bathroom was in poor shape with loose tiles just sitting on the toilet, the coating was coming off the toilet and the shower head was maybe 4.5 ft off the bottom of the tub. Honestly, sleeping in a car would have been better. The A/C didn’t work properly either. Please stay...

« It's a slice of heaven. Immediately adjacent to Philmont Scout Ranch. Setting is perfect, isolated, peaceful. The innkeeper are exceptional. The Casa is like a villa with rooms arra get around a gracious patio. I hated to leave. »

« No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. »

« Great little place. A large group of us had a variety of the rooms in the facility. Our room with 2 bunks was clean and functional. Worked ok for 2 of us. Would be really tight for 4 people. Nice clean bathroom/shower. »
