« Spent 3 nights at the Lawton in Llandudno. Great location, all staff approachable, helpful and extremely pleasant. Great location to the promenade and town centre. Room was good size for what we wanted and the breakfast was superb, wide range on offer, fresh produce and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend and use again! »

« Fabulous property nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we had an accessible room for our disabled son which was amazing and an interconnected door to our room next door. Would definitely stay again. Food was very nice too. »

« Got to say, a terrific find. We only stopped for the one night but would undoubtedly return for a longer visit. Great location, excellent staff (who obviously understand the concept of customer service!) and a swift service at breakfast with good quality produce AND a decent coffee to boot. Only (minor) whinge would be single beds in the twin room which had an incline but not so much that the issue was worthy of complaint. Pay the extra for a sea view I would suggest, well worth...

« Au début on nous avait donné une chambre au sous-sol. C'était très humide, malpropre. Il y avait des sacs à poubelles qui traînaient dans le corridor. Jamais nous n'aurions accepté de dormir là. On nous a donné une autre chambre à l'étage. C'était un peu mieux mais sans plus. Le service était très lent(on devait donner plusieurs fois avant d'avoir une réponse) mais le personnel courtois. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hébergement, même pour le prix. »

« Ian and his team have a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location. We only stopped over for one night but were really impressed by the attention to detail. We aren't dog owners but this hotel is dog friendly. They called us as we were travelling up from London to advise us reception closes at 10.30pm. Rooms, decor and cleanliness are great. Breakfast was too. Highly recommended. »

« Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We had a lovely sea view room, very clean and plent of space. Room had coffee and tea making facilities, shower in bath, tv, ironing board and iron and a hairdryer. Also a fridge in the room. We had the breakfast which was of good quality Only issue was parking can be tricky. We fell lucky eventually and got a spot within a hundred yards of the hotel on the street, but spaces nearby are few and far between. All in all an enjoyable stay and would use this...
