« When booking online it said "non -refundable." That was a sign I should have chosen another hotel . The room had cockroaches, looked like blood spot on floor, wasn't vacuumed or mopped and had dog waist on the floor. Took photos and explained to front desk the room wasn't clean and the guy could not have cared less. Should have at least got the dog deposit back since the room was a mess from whomever was there before us or something. Not a good first impression of Oklahoma. »
