« Everything was exactly as depicted on the house listing. What you don’t see is the peaceful setting of this gem. The stream that runs right by the house is a little surprise of added relaxation. The only note we had was the coffee maker situation. We are traditional brewed coffee drinkers but the Keurig w/available pods was a good alternative. We were in town for the home opener of the VT football season. Easy to get to and from on a busy weekend. We will be back. »

« The cabin was very quiet, just what we came for during our sisters' weekend getaway as a meeting place between North Carolina and Ohio. It was very clean (that's important and easily critiqued for me). The photos don't do the nice cabin justice. It's new, and still has a new smell as of October 2025. And unusual for new construction, the pretty wood floors are creeky; rustic feeling but very noticable in the quiet space.Not shown/explained is one bathroom is downstairs with two bedrooms, and one...

« We had a wonderful weekend stay for our daughter's wedding. The house has been completely renovated with the top-of-the-line furniture and appliances. Every room is exquisitely furnished. We LOVED the fire pit and smores which our hosts graciously supplied. The countryside was quiet and the night-time stars were spectacular. We highly recommend this beautiful home for any stay you have in the area. »

« Very cute cabin with plenty of space. Off a gravel road. Really close to AT, McAfee Knob, Dragons Tooth, and not far from Salem for food and stuff. We stayed in late October, and it was chilly out, but the cabin was warm and cozy. Great view of the stars. »

« Scenic view of verdant hills with cattle grazing. This is a homestead farm with goats, donkey and peacocks. At night when the sky is clear, you can see the bright stars in the hemisphere. It’s a country experience with a flair of Tyrol Austria. »

« What a beautiful property. The area was quiet, the cabin was impeccably clean, and it was so fun to be around all the farm animals. The barn cats were lovely and kept us company the evening we had a fire. Should we be passing through the area, we will most definitely be staying again! »
