« Picturesque beyond belief! 5 minute walk to town with shopping , restaurants and taxis. We didnt need a car for dining and used taxis for the beaches. Our room was spacious with excellent views of the harbor and a fully functional kitchen. The gym was small and musty, we didn't use it when normally it's part of our routine. They offered use of beach chairs and towels every day. People snorkeled right in back of the property The staff was quick to respond to any needs We will stay again! »

« We really enjoyed our time at 3 Palms. The house was great for our group and had everything we needed close at hand. We enjoyed exploring a few of the beaches around the island as well. Thanks for the hospitality! Should we find ourselves back on St John, 3 Palms is certainly the first place I’d check to stay. »

« The property is amazing, perfect for a family vacation for all 12 of us. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor dining options, the pool is excellent, many properties in St John have small pools, this pool is huge. We appreciated the beach chairs and other gear, and we even liked seeing the peacocks walking around that part of Cruz Bay »

« Amazing. Came with a variety of things I did not expect (snorkel equipment, pool and beach supplies, multiple washer/dryers, several grills, and a welcome basket and drinks). Would definitely stay here again »

« This hotel is like a bed & breakfast. It has 12 units scattered around the property in different buildings. The rooms are clean but dated. The breakfast could use some fruit and yogurt but there were many carb options. It was nice to be able to grab something quick. The building felt safe and private. The 5:00 free cocktail happy hour is a nice touch. The pool is clean and small and open 24 hrs. The property is set up to allow privacy if you prefer it. The staff is helpful and accommodating....

"Outstanding apartment in Saint John. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped, making the stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. Everything is well thought out, from the layout to the amenities, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. Communication was smooth and professional, with clear instructions and excellent responsiveness. An excellent choice for Saint John — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
