„We viewed 3 different rooms. Rm 1- dirty. The fridge was dirty, floors were dirty and my husband found a pill on the floor, and the toilet seat was dirty. Rm 2- housekeeper warned me that the a/c was blowing hot air and the shower didn’t work. Rm 3- stunk bad. Plus being dirty and the door near the door was scratched up by a dog. The building is run down. We were issued a refund and went somewhere else.“

„Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions.“

„Cute small cabin that was conveniently located between Fall Creek Falls and Burgess Falls. This trip was a hiking trip for me so location was perfect. Host was very nice and answered my questions promptly. I loved drinking my coffee while sitting on the front porch in the morning. Even had some deer at the little pond a few mornings. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but still had an excellent stay!“

„Our stay was great from start to finish. We had trouble with the sauna and cold plunge and the host took care of it quickly. The property has plenty to do, hiking, fishing and playing with the farm animals. Everything was clean and the had everything we needed. They are pet friendly and our dog had a better time than us. Thanks to Geoff for going above and beyond for us.“

„Large space.Advertised as having a futon in one of the bedrooms, which is the reason I booked it originally. Futon not there. This was rectified quickly, as they brought over a twin fold up bed. Nice view at the top of the hill. Reimbursed half of what I paid originally for stay, since we moved to another location (Sieverville) since there was way more to do) (I should have paid more attention to the fine print) . More things to do on site would have been very nice. Good to deal with.  ...

„Check in was simple and easy. Host was very welcoming, showed us the property. Cottage was very clean and cozy! Location was great. We visited Brugass Falls & Cummins Falls, both just a short drive away. Delmonaco Winery is also a must see. Would consider staying again in the cottage.“
