« Mon séjour a été décevant le jour suivant de mon arrivée, alors que ma réservation était pour 2 personnes on m'z indiqué que ma réservation comportait la prise en compte sur d'un seul petit déjeuner lors restait à ma charge. « I booked this stay for my client during his visit to Asaba due to the beautiful design of the hotel and the services offered. He enjoyed his stay and said he was very comfortable. There were some discrepancies that were listed on the hotels.com booking site that I addressed with the hotel. I spoke to them directly and also received an email about my issues. « I am very disappointed with the experience. Whilst the hotel and vicinity were very comfortable and spacious we had paid for a booking for our mother to stay online through Expedia and received a payment receipt but then upon checking in a young lady who was the present hotel concierge insisted that the room was not paid for and insisted that my mother paid and so we have doubly paid for the reservation and are not getting any response from the supervisor as to how the funds my mother paid be...

« A neat and well-appointed hotel that could easily pass as a 3-star facility by Western standards, though let down by the location that is not too central. The manager kindly offered to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, though am not sure if that is free as I had a different transport arrangement. Emmanuel who checked me in was quite hospitable. He is an asset to the establishment as he did his utmost to make my stay comfortable. »

« The bath tub is exposed, no shower curtain. As a result of the exposure, when you take a shower, there’s water all over bathroom floor even leading to the living space. Not a good condition »
