„Booked room 1 month prior but while the time of checkin the rooms weren’t available! Our check in was at 11 or 12 but we came around 1 only but still rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait for longer period. We booked 7 rooms where as they gave only 2-3 room keys around 2 and 3pm and they gave rest keys around 5 pm only! Very worst management“

„Great luxury hotel.“

„We stayed recently 7 nights at the Conrad Bengaluru hotel. We made a fantastic experience in this hotel. The staff, both in the hotel as well as in the restaurants were very friendly and the service was outstanding. Especially Esha at the reception desk has to be mentioned, as she was exceptionally helpful and it was amazing how she took care about us during the whole stay. Furthermore, the team and the food of the Indian restaurant in the Conrad hotel was a very good experience for us, that ...

„The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was good. But the only issue I had was the WiFi was not working properly in the room I was staying. Even after informing the management about the issue it wasn’t fixed. Other than that I had an overall good experience and service.“

„Air conditioning and mini fridge didn’t work properly“

„Bestes WLAN was ich je erlebt habe. Super Ausstattung und freundliches Personal. Essen auch sehr lecker.“
