Need to redesign the road to split between grab drivers and shoppers who are driving, and to split between the mall’s north southeast west entrance and the hotel. »

« We have been in KSL for the second time.We spent a good time there. Pleasant swimming pool but KSL should have sunshades because there isn't any. The fitness room is well equipped and breakfast is very good. KSL is very convenient for shopping and eating because you have a lot of restaurants. »

« Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture. « Très bon séjour ! Hôtel magnifique, chambre superbe et confortable. Petit bémol, le sauna était hors service mais nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi au 26 ème étage. Les alentours ne sont pas forcement beaux mais je recommande tout de même ce lieu que j'ai beaucoup aimé. »
