« It was expensive and the staff would not leave me alone. I closed my door to take a nap after a 38 hour flight and I received two phone calls and two separate times someone knocked on my door and then just walked in. Everywhere I went in the hotel staff were looking for a tip. I understand everyone needs to make a living but it was awful, invasive, and unprofessional.
My luggage was delayed and they charged me to go to the airport and pick it up. There are much better places to stay in Lusaka »

« Anlage/Zimmer okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Bedauerlicherweise gab es nicht für jedes Zimmer eigene Adapter. Frühstück muss bitte wirklich viel hochwertiger werden. Selten so ein schlechtes Frühstück gehabt. Service Staff nicht besonders motiviert. Dafür ist der Zimmerpreis in Summe zu hoch. Sauberkeit okay, aber nicht überragend. Toll fand ich den kostenlosen und bequemen Flughafenshuttle. »

no staff arround to order breakfast
I got home one evening (around 10.30) and the gate was locked, no guard around and the door was only opened after the neighbouring pharmacy called the owner and I was knocking for 10+ minutes
