„Die Bungalows sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig angelegt. Nebst der normalen Dusche hat es noch eine weitere unter freiem Himmel. Highlight der Anlage ist der 100 Meter lange Pool, in dem man durch die Anlage "spazieren" kann. Sehr freundlicher Staff, alle Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt.“

„The location is beautiful - next to the bird sanctuary - very green and quiet overlooking the lake. Our room (lake view room) was lovely and we made good use of the pool. Food is limited to a buffet and we found quite expensive. What let the hotel down was the service - we were really disappointed.“

„We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. Abendlich gratis Bootsfahrten von ca. 30 Minuten in die Backwaters. Nach der Abreise wurde uns auf der Kreditkarte ein Abendessen abgebucht, welches nicht uns gehört. „I am sorry to say, but the hotel was not worth the money. We paid 150 Euro for a night and for that money I expect way more than was offered there. We received a room without windows there was food tears on the floor, the wall were torn down partially and you could see the plumbing and it was super loud. It was not my first time in India and I booked rooms for much less money that were way better. Will not recommend .“

"We stayed at Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond for 2 nights in a Superior Villa with a Lakeview. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our villa was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, though it lacked balcony furniture to relax. While the property was clean, it felt a bit outdated and worn. When strolling through the property, we had to watch our step due to goose droppings. The pool area was enjoyable due to the lack of other guests, but housekeeping was disappointing—old towels from the previous day were left until we requested them to be cleared. The restaurant offered good food but had limited vegetarian options and a less relaxed atmosphere. Activities like boat tours seemed overpriced, so we opted for private bookings. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement in maintenance and service."
