« Zero maintenance, trash is thrown in the valley by the hotel staff, takes hours for food preparation, no room service, same curry, dal everyday for every meal. For the price they charge, it was pathetic. Room wasn’t cleaned during the stay. »

« Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal. »

« Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Le personnel était au petits soins!! L'hôtel propose un service de navette gratuite pour se rendre dans le centre ville, sinon il faut descendre des escaliers à pic pour y parvenir!!! Les chambres sont très confortables, propres, une bonne literie, une salle de bain avec une belle douche et de l'eau chaude!!!
