« This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park. »

« We loved our stay at the Laughing Coyote. If you are looking for quiet and solitude, this is the place. The cabin was comfy and had everything we needed. We explored the MANY trails around the area and fell more in love with the western side of the San Juans. Helpful info to know: you are 38 miles (1 hour drive) from Dolores on dirt roads. The roads to/from Rico are not as maintained so the drive is over an hour. The distance didn't bother us, since the views are breathtaking either direction....

« I haven't seen stars like that since I was a kid on the farm. The place is so nice you forget you're in a teepee. Saw a family of deer moments after arriving and archery and axe throwing was a great way to stretch our legs after a long drive. »

« Quiet, serene location with lots of beautiful trees and river frontage. The cabin was unique and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed watching little chipmunks and lots of birds from the spacious windows facing the river. We hope to return someday. »
