„For someone who likes comfort and is used to a newer place, it’s not worth it. I would call it bed and breakfast (not sure about quality of breakfast though because for us it was a quick in and out, so we didn’t have time to check on it.) The room we stayed overnight was outdated and definitely needs a lot of renovation. The only positive thing was it’s right off the interstate road (probably is good for drivers.) It was first and last time we stayed there.“

„The first room we were assigned smelled like barf. The 2nd room smelled strongly of over-used cleaning products, but the floor was sticky. It was livable for 1 night, since we had pre-paid. I would not visit this property again.“

„The kids loved being right at the lake, swimming whenever they wanted to. In the house was plenty of room for the five of us and we found everything we needed. One star less for the relatively close neighbours and the loud weekend "traffic" on the lake. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed it a lot!“

„Beautiful house and lake setting. Close enough to town to pickup supplies or go out to eat. Gas grill on deck worked great. Our family reunion worked well there. It was a good central location for those living in different areas of Illinois. 3 very nice bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing if desired. We did not have time to use the hot tub or game table. Kitchen big enough to cook most of our meals together. We really enjoyed our time there. Nothing bad ...
