« I wanted to provide some candid feedback regarding the room. Unfortunately, there is very little that would justify this accommodation being classified as an Executive Suite. The overall experience falls well below the standard one would reasonably expect at that level. « This property is a gorgeous hotel, lovely pool area and clean. The hotel just lacks adequate maintenance. The staff were gracious and helpful. I didn't have power in my room for 7hrs, because the backup generator was faulty and was never compensated for sitting in my own sweat for hours. Furthermore the shower pressure was very low and there were no choice of breakfast; you just have to eat what they served. I'm really disappointed with ownership of this hotel, because they are letting it rot...

« The rooms are old and dirty, no internet in the premises. I had a ossue with them and couldnt fix it because the manager wasn't there. This place must be locked down or renovated. I'll never come back there and recommend it. The receptionists need some training becUse unprofessional. »
