« The pool was down, the front desk did not know why. The exercise room had a sign that said "Permanently Closed". The shear curtains in our had the hems unsewn and were ripped. I had to look twice at the duvet and sheets to make sure they had been washed but it was just they had sat in a dryer and not been folded. »
