The trail down to the treehouse results in a quiet and secluded space - surrounded by forest and the sounds of birds. As mentioned in the listing, the path from the parking to the treehouse is a somewhat steep wooded trail, and there is a ladder up to the loft bedroom - so this would not be great for those with mobility issues. « During my stay at the VRBO rental, I found the house to be cozy and the outdoor space lovely and relaxing. The kitchen and BBQ grill were a plus. However, there were a few hiccups. The Wi-Fi was spotty, which made staying connected a bit tricky. The kitchen was not equipped with a set of steak or sharp knives, nor were there dish towels or cloths to clean up dirty dishes. « The home was perfect. Beautiful setting, clean, attentive hosts - with easy access to Mt. Ida Vineyard. We could walk to the Tasting Room to enjoy wine and delicious food. We even hosted a cocktail party at the vineyard for friends -- and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A wonderful stay. »
