« Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy. »

« ---We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and organized, and the owners were responsive. We had snacks, and the refrigerator was stocked with a nice variety of food and drinks. The owners even left bottles of wine for our enjoyment — he is a winemaker! It's about a 30-minute drive from Florida State University, but absolutely worth the drive. Towels and small toiletries were provided, and everything we needed was there. We would love to stay here again! »

« This was a nice enough place but extremely cluttered witth knick knacks that it was difficult to use. For instance there were two tables setup for what looked like a dinner party. It looked cute but meant we had no place to put our supplies. Additionally there was no obvious place to put those dishes, so eating there would bee quite confusing. However the one thing that drove us crazy there was that the hot water was intermittent during our stay. Id start a shower at the right temperature...
