„Quirky kinda place but I liked it. Staff was wonderful. Dinner at their café was just like homemade, probably because it was. Interesting property with an interesting history. Bathroom area was a little weird but totally functional and clean. If I take a similar route home I would definitely stay again.“

„The house was perfect for our visit to see the sandhill cranes. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that anyone would ever need. All the bathroom amminities were also provided, as well as plenty of extra blankets. Proximity to the old bridge was a bonus for excellent crane viewing. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Home was great! Updated and large open floor plan compared to a lot of the other homes around Lake Mac. Easy drive to the nearby beach or 15 mins down the road to the Lemoyne boat ramp. I won’t lie that there was a decent amount of train noise but that comes with everywhere on the north side of the lake. Overall great spot to stay with the family with plenty of room to cook!“

„We had a great time at Lake Mac last weekend. The house is compact, but had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra touches like having kids shampoo available, plenty of laundry detergent, and a very well stocked kitchen. The only thing that I would suggest is to make it clearer where the "beach" access is located and that it is seasonal - the lake was only at 45% capacity when we were there, so we had to drive to the beach access in North Shore.“

„When I say this house was amazing that is an understatement. It was so comfortable with room for our whole clan. The set up was just perfect. The beds were super comfortable. The deck was amazing and we spent hours sitting outside together enjoying the lightning show. The dining room table was the perfect size for meals and board games. We really appreciated the 3 bathrooms and all with showers so no one was fighting over who goes first! This house was so great that everyone is begging me ...
