« Pas déçue dans l'ensemble. A savoir, hôtel un peu retiré, à environ 20mns du centre ville. Arrêt de bus juste en sortant de l'hôtel, hyper pratique. Seul bémol : vue de ma chambre côté parking et donnant sur les appareils de climatisation. Très moche et assez bruyant. »

En bonus - l'hôte vous accueille et vous fait sentir comme a la maison. Le délicieux déjeuner en sa compagnie dans la cuisine typique est un MUST. Vraiment un des meilleurs moments de mon passage à NY : j'y retournerai sans le moindre doute. »

« Nous avons passé un excellent moment tant d’un point de vue de l’hébergement (très propre avec une déco vraiment sympa!) que de l’expérience humaine. « First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

« The place was clean and basically what I expected. Checking in was very easy. The host sent very clear instructions. Parking was on the street but I felt safe leaving my car on the side of the street by the building. »

« The room was clean and convenient for where we needed to be for the holidays. Jermaine was more than helpful with getting us into our room. The only things I think needs to be addressed is the powerstrip for the coffee and toaster kept tripping so we moved the coffee pot over. And there was no power in the bathroom for a blow dryer. Would have like a dresser to place clothes since we were staying 10 days. Over all it was a good little place to stay. Thank you Jermaine. »

« Updated apartment with all the modern amenities in a 130 year old brownstone just south of downtown. Walkable to downtown and a variety of restaurants. An area of town that is being renovated, will keep looking nicer as time goes on. Any time I needed something, James the host was very quick to reply and address. »

« Very central location for the day trips we took in the area. Awesome sauna and grill in the backyard were huge pluses. Took a minute to get the A/C adjusted but was very comfortable after that. Very good stay. »

« The unit itself is very nice and has many modern touches. We loved the gaming setup and enjoyed all the modern touches. The kitchen and bathroom are really well done and made our stay enjoyable. The surrounding area/neighbors are not the best. The parking is in an adjacent medical center lot and you have to walk by neighbors who threw things at us and generally spent the entire time outside. This is also along a main road and the building shakes often from the trucks driving by,. »

« Stay at 5th and Grand was so conveniently located to activities and restaurants in the downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere! April was a super-responsive host, the unit was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. »

« Great property, super responsive property owner. Great location, just at the edge of downtown. The only odd thing was that it's such an old building that the floors were a little warped in places, and not level. Other than that, great property! »
