„Wir sind auf einer Herbstreise hier gelandet weil Lake Placid voll war, und das hat sich als Glücksfall erwiesen. Dass das Zimmer über Fussleisten geheizt war statt mit einer lärmigen Airconditioning war super.“

„The lean to and surrounding property looked fantastic on the listing, but it was even better than we anticipated. This place had everything we needed to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We stayed for five days and it went by too fast. We hope to come back again.“

In den Adirondack Mountains kann man wunderbar wandern (ca. 30 Min. im Umkreis). - Mir war nicht transparent, dass hotels.com den Gesamtbetrag für alle Nächte bereits bei Buchung vom Konto einzieht. Dass sollte deutlicher zur Kenntnis gebracht werden.“

„Delightful cabin located near town and on the main route to Lake Placid. Extremely comfortable with a beautiful view. The cabin is beautifully restored while keeping the charm of it's era. And the host is outstanding!“

„This place is amazing! Has everything you could ask for. Private place yet in the the middle of Saranac on the lake. The owners are great... Great fishing from shore and paddle boat. Caught fresh fish to eat! Would love to come back here.Owners were readily accessible and very nice. “
