« Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

« Our stay was awesome! It’s perfect for a family and we will definitely be back for our next visit to Gainesville. The apartment was clean, with a kitchen that allowed us to keep beverages and snacks. If we had wanted to make meals, we could have, though the restaurants in the area were great, so we did not. The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The amenities were beautiful: pool, pickleball court and gym. I can’t emphasize enough what a great vacation this made for us! »

« The facility met all expectations as a basic, older, roadside motel in a small, rural town, run by a family who lives next to property. It was clean, but furniture and interior spaces are dated and worn. It served the purpose of an overnight stay prior to a kayak trip the next day. Staff was friendly, ice machine worked, water was hot NOT fancy, but served the purpose, given the reasonable price point. »

« Had not shared the Florida springs experience with my wife and our friends from out of state. The accommodations were perfectly located just outside High Springs which has turned into a lovely little downtown with great restaurants and things to do. Only 20 minutes to numerous springs. Great communication with the host. Will definitely stay here again next time! »
