« Beautiful property on great stretch of Kabalana beach. It was really nice walking along the long stretch of beach and having a dip in the warm and clear water.
The king size bedroom was big, clean and very comfortable.
The pool area was relaxing with comfortable sun beds with a great view of the beach and also direct access.
We enjoyed eating lunch at the pool area with some of the best king prawns we had, deep fried in panko breadcrumbs. Everything we had for lunch and breakfast was good...

« The hotel is certainly not up to the standard of a 5 star as well as the price they charge. Our room was supper dirty and we had to ask for a change. The next room was acceptable but still very dirty. The rooms look run down and not well maintained.
We did the Tepaniaki experience and were charge 130 ⏠which is a LOT in Sri Lanka and it was no where near a real Tepaniaky experience. I recommend you avoid it! Do not take a Tintin from any of the staff they are in on it with the one parked across...

« Ăquipe sympa, serviable, hĂŽtel propre, piscine agrĂ©able. Belle vue sur la baie.
HÎtel perch é sur les hauteurs, la plage jungle beach pas loin, toute petite, la plage est propre mais l'eau est envahie par les déchets.
Il faut aller se promener à unawatuna c'est vraiment sympa »

« This property is a rare example where the reality is better than the photos. It is so often the other way around. It is a unique villa, situated right on the beach with a safe and lovely swimming area just down the steps from the back garden.
