« Generally, we did not like our experience at this hotel. Bad value for money. When I booked, the website said that the onsen could be used for an additional charge of 300 yens per person. We did not plan on using it but they now make everyone pay a flat fee of 250 yens per person, whether you use it or not. The room is spacious but not comfortable - bed, pillow, cleanliness... « Great hotel. As super as the name implies. It is 100 meters away from the train station. The hotel is well constructed, smart and easy to check-in. The hotel staff was very helpful. Shoutout to the young male receptionist who spoke very good English. The room was very clean and large. The onsen was the best part. It is free to access, very clean, relaxing. The staff helped us to find a restaurant with vegetarian options (I recommend Jinde, down the road from the hotel). »
