« This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed. »

« It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. « I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away. The service was truly exceptional – the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views. But the real highlight? The pool area. A stunning, crystal-clear infinity pool with a relaxing atmosphere, and a great poolside bar. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. They also have a great restaurant with traditional chinese food and with barbecues...

« The highlight of the hotel is the customer service of the family owned business. The hotel is decent and has everything you need, The staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Don’t wait and book it, they helped us arrange the tours and transition, you won’t have time to spend at the hotel as the tours are the entire day from early morning till late pm. It is really close to the airport. We are so lucky we booked this property. They are truly amazing »
