„I booked a property through VRBO from November 27 to December 1, 2024, for a family Thanksgiving gathering. Upon arrival, we found the house to be in an unacceptable condition, far from what was depicted in the listing photos. The fridge, countertops, and stove had old, crusted food, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout, and layers of dust covered various surfaces. „The room was clean. The breakfast eating area seriously needs new furniture in there. The bench seats had no support and it was very hard to get up of the seats. You sank so much the table was at about your chin. The breakfast area had no orange juice, no milk and no hot chocolate. That is mostly what people drink for breakfast. The wall paper in all areas of the hotel could be updated. Most of it looked like you could peal it off.“
