« Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. »

« One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. The pool is fun and relaxing. Breakfast is better than average and the location is close to shops, shopping centre and restaurants. It was supposed to be a one night stay but I ended up booking 2 more nights. I am used to just being able to walk out of a hotel on the day I'm checking out. At Levo you MUST go and talk to the front desk and then they will call for a room check. « The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Children playing in the hall was very disturbing since there is nothing to absorb the echoing sounds in the hallway.
