„Very nice hotel in a wonderfully remote location – something worth noting, as there are no restaurants nearby and everything requires at least a 20–30 minute drive. For us, this was exactly what we were looking for, and part of the charm. The facilities are quite new and very comfortable, with a large, comfy bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a fantastic rain shower. „Beautiful Georgian home run by Anna who also works at the Stalin Museum. Thế room was large, one of 3 upstairs. Large living room and kitchen and shared bathroom. Home made breakfast was included; we ate family style with all guests at a large table. Delicious and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND “

„Mtserlebi Resort is located in a small village that is calm, clean and safe. The resort rooms were very clean and completely equipped with toiletries, coffee pods, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels. There was 24 hr hot water supply. The views from this resort are stunning. They have a small but very informative museum with-in the resort. They have plenty of place to walk, large indoor and outdoor pool, play area for children, open bar and a fire place. Staff were very friendly.“

„Facility is basic, and we encountered a power outage from late afternoon to about 9 pm in the evening. Without power, water was also not available. With very limited English speaking skills, the staff were very nice and kind and tried their best to help 👍 The breakfast was also very simple. With the price we paid, a much higher quality of staying was expected.“

„This is a very simple hotel on a large very noisy road. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first. Positive: Nice mattress Negative: Everything else... - It is very noisy both from the road and the rooms. We had men next to us who were extremely noisy. - The bedding solution is not good with sheets that are uncomfortable and there is one blanket that good for ...

„The hotel is very new. However the materials look very cheap. The room had a bad small of cheaply produced products. Beforehand it was said that there is breakfast or lunch boxes available. This was not the case. No washing maschine was in the room.“
