« We loved the hotel location outside of the village, yet very easily accessible by free shuttle bus. The ski in ski out formula with ski rentals on the spot, and possibility to access other ski resorts. Quite small rooms with tiny prefab bathrooms, but super clean. Beds extemely comfortable. Very lovely, helpful staff, great breakfast and night buffets, and a lot of snow ! »

« This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. « Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. »

« Prestation niveau 4*. Bien placé à Grand Irafu, c’est le seul coin un peu animé avec quelques magasins de toutes les stations de Niseko. L’onsen était fermé, j’ai donc eu un upgrade avec une chambre donnent sur le mont Yotei, très agréable et j’avais un voucher pour l’onsen d’à côté. »

« The distance between the lodge and the ski area are closed, so convenience. And there are many shops nearby for skiing tools shopping, restaurants, food trucks, convenient stores and souvenirs shops, nice. Three of us could occupy a room was great. No need to share it with others. »

« All staff are so helpful and friendly. My favourite spot is the dining area. It’s so comfy and welcoming. Milk factory is the great place to eat special pizza, past and dessert. Less 10mins walk. The bus stop is just around the corner so easy to access to the each mountain. I highly recommend this lodge if you are looking for somewhere cozy and relaxing. We definitely want to come back here!! « Another wonderful experience. We ventured back to Niseko this year and Hinode Hills was our automatic choice. We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments. It was great to see Selena and Novita again this year, it was also meet new staff in Natasha, Olivia and many other friendly and helpful faces. They did everything in their power to assist. »
