„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. „I liked the flair and style of The Brown. The preserved elegance of the Twenties. But although the modern amenities like USB outlets and coffeemaker in the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and Graham's Cafe were friendly and welcoming. It was so wonderful to sit down at a table decked out in white tablelinen, clean shiny silverware and linen napkin, sipping a glass of Chianti while listening to live piano music. “

„The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Perfect really parking is horrible. Limited parking spots, even if you have a handicap sticker. You had to walk several blocks to get to any real restaurants. As far as staff, really had no contact. You didn’t have to walk by the front desk when you exited the building so you have no contact With any of the staff.“

„Durch unser gebuchtes Zimmer lief gefühlt der Highway. Unglaublich laut. Für den Zimmerwechsel in ein etwas ruhigeres Zimmer mussten wir 20$ Aufpreis zahlen. Das 2. Zimmer roch muffig, war auch hellhörig aber besser als das erste. Durch den Aufpreis aber völlig überteuert, für das, was geboten wurde. “

„The Staff are very friendly, however the hotel has some parts not in the best conditions. I had to chage rooms because of the noise of the central AC. The location is good, but a bit noisy. The CVS by the entrance is very convenient. The cleaning system is good for the environment and sacing costs, but in my case it didn't work as requested. We also had to evacuate the hotel due to a small fire at the 5th floor. It was not a pleasant experience, but I am happy that the fire alarms worked so ...

„Nachmittags gibt es ein wechselndes Buffet - wird ständig nachgefüllt. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, auch hier wird regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Büffetbereich ist zu klein, Sitzplätze sind sehr knapp. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele Familien im Hotel, entsprechend unruhig war es am Buffet. Personal war aber sehr bemüht.“
