« Cozy and conveniently located in a quiet community close to the national park as. Very clean and organized. Had a good stock of basic amenities, and our family really appreciated all the kitchen equipment and the washer/dryer. The TV in the front room had an issue but it sounded like none of the other guests had notified the property owner about it yet so they didn't know to fix it. »

« The room was infested with 12+ stink bugs. Management did not do anything about it and when we called Expedia to get a refund they barged in our room at 1:45AM and argued with us and kicked us out despite not having received a refund yet »

« Accueil très agréable, dommage que l’odeur présente dans la chambre nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de celle-ci »

« Clean, convenient, quiet. »

« Great stay! Cute cabin, beautiful view! »

« Great breakfast »

« The rooms and the property do not look like the photos online. Our carpet and furniture was so dirty. My younger child accidentally walked on the carpet with her socks on for about five steps and looked at her socks and they were black. The rooms smelled like cigarettes so bad that I woke up the next morning with a raspy throat two days in a row. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room to get fresh air. The plumbing did not work properly, the ceilings look like they were caving in, and there was...

« I was skeptical to book here after reading some reviews, but, I will say: 1. I did not see any type of bugs (stink bugs, roaches, etc) in my room or anywhere on the property, contrary to some reviews I seen so those people must have gotten a room after someone else that had roaches in their belongings when they came in or something. I do not believe the property has a bug problem. 2. The front desk lady was very nice, I had no issues at check in or out. 3. Ice machine was working. 4. The...

« Check in hectic, they switched our room because apparently our assigned room hadn’t been cleaned yet even though it was 3:00 pm check in time then at check out informed us because we switched room they charged us an extra fee, room was clean but drain in tub didn’t drain and we didn’t notice that until we were showering yuck. They did respond and fixed that upon us telling them. Breakfast not great, no fruit no yogurt, sausage undercooked. Tile on 2nd floor outside elevator still cracked and...

« Location de l’hôtel est super avec belle vue sur vignoble et montagne »

« Nous aimons particulièrement les Undercanvas dans lesquels nous essayons de séjourner à chaque fois qu’il y en a un de disponible près de nous! »

« This was exactly what me and my wife needed to spice things up. Great experience!!!! »

« Nice new beds, rooms were minimalist to ensure cleanliness. Knowing what items needed to be checked out (hair drier) would have been nice to know in advance. Ice was 99% out both times that I attempted to use it. I did not have a balcony room & missed the note of no elevator. Parking was 99% full the night I stayed as well. Took the very last spot in the lot. »
