« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Beautiful, quiet location with walking and hiking nearby. We didn't realize how remote this sight was so were unprepared for having no services available after our evening arrival. The office closed soon after arriving, so no access to ice, as did the resort services and store, so no food or drink. Guests should be warned to come prepared. »

Great communication by property management company. 10am check out seems early though I will say they let us keep our mountain bikes outside by the barn past check-out while we climbed at Smith Rock for a couple hours. Many things not working…coffee grinder, ice maker, front door glass screen would not close. 2nd bedroom shower needs updating. Should have been cleaner, black mold in laundry machine, blender unusable it was so dirty, food splatter along baseboards in...
